  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions

Payment Policy

  • ✅ Advance Payment of ₹3,000/- per person to confirm the booking

  • ✅ Remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to departure

  • ✅ Payments can be made via UPI, NEFT, or in-person at our office

  • ❌ No refunds applicable if cancelled within 5 days of departure

  • ✅ Name & ID proof required for all travelers during booking

Terms & Conditions

  1. This is a group tour; itinerary and timing are fixed and must be followed.

  2. Minimum 15 participants required for the tour to operate; else alternate date/option will be provided.

  3. Travefast reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour due to weather, political unrest, or operational issues.

  4. In the event of any natural calamities, delays, or transport issues, the company is not liable for losses or compensation.

  5. Medical assistance will be provided if needed, but expenses are to be borne by the traveler.

  6. No refunds will be provided for missed sightseeing, unused meals, or early check-outs.

  7. Entry fees for optional activities or paid attractions are not included unless specified.

  8. All disputes shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
